Exchanges on items can be made only if the items are in unworn condition.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the item, wrong color/size was sent, mistake made on the part of Dreamway Online.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange: colors of the items are darker/lighter than pictured, items had minor color differences from the picture, items do not fit, I would rather have a different item. Customers must send us an email stating their first and last name within five Days of receiving their item if they are requesting an exchange.

If your exchange is accepted, Dreamway Online will email you the instructions to exchange your items.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for any items.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back for an exchange.
